His Eminence +SOTIR is Metropolitan of the OCA/UAOC and Primate of All Italy, he is a member Hierarch of the Standing Episcopal Conference of Orthodox Bishops and Holy Synod and under the Omophorion of His Eminence +MICHAEL, Primate of the Orthodox Church of America/Ukrainian Autocephalous Orthodox Church - Apostolic Orthodox Church and in Communion with our "Sister Churches" of the APC - Historic Federation in America and Dependencies, Russia and Ukraine.
