The Syriac Orthodox Church of Africa in an international family comprised of parish communities and each managed by a local Priest. Universal brotherhood is a characteristic aspect of our spirituality. It is a relationship without borders between us, united by the love resulting from the resurrection of Jesus Christ. It is He who makes our unity in diversity. We trace our Syrian tradition from Malabar, India. We hold our autonomy from the Byzantine Orthodox Church Outside the Frontiers in France and are attached to the Holy Synod of the OCA-UAOC and under the Omophorion of the Autonomous Synod of Bishops - Apostolic Orthodox Church (COAC) in Russia.
